Default x prices?

Has anybody really been moving off the msrp? If you do the inv. search off the jeep site they have the msrp, then the lower "new" msrp. I've been dealing with a couple dealers who wont move from this price at all.. I just got off the phone with one that came down $1500 from that. putting a well equipped x about 22,500 plus tax&tags. This is the most anybody has budged. The only option it didn't have that I liked was the side airbags. Only found one set up exactly like we wanted and they wont go $1 under full msrp. That would put me like 3k higher. I really dont need to replace my jeep yet,, I'll be out of work for 3-6 months(fractured neck) so I could save the money and ins. But that might bite me if there isnt what were looking for left when we want to buy. Then we would need to wait till the 09's..
What do you think

List your options

Mine below I ordered for 1000 bucks off msrp for a total of 24,880

I am still searching the family for a chrysler employee which I think I found one but I dont know if they will give me the 1% below invoice which would be another 1800 off.

Did they just offer you that? Every dealer I went to wanted to try and sell me a jeep at msrp price the 3rd dealer came off msrp 600.00 then the 4th came off msrp 1000.00 That is still 1200 or more above ffp or ep.

MSRP on mine was $23,190. I got it for $22,036. That was $400 lower than any dealership in South Louisiana. I am happy with the price, but tell me what you think. Did I get a good deal?

You payed $22,036, you are happy with the price, what does it matter what anyone else thinks? If you are happy, stop asking, someone will always tell you how much better they did, don't listen, they did not do better on your Jeep, and since you weren't trying to buy theirs it just doesn't matter.
And by the way, you did fine.
