Again, not too much around the metro area. Gotta go out west more or take chances wheeling illegally and I'm not all about that. Still trying to think of places though!

 

What's the deal with Atv trails in PA. On posted signs it just says Atv trail and doesn't mention anything about 4x4s. Some are definitely wide enough for a jeep. Are they legal? There were no posted signs for private land or to keep out.

 

If you can get a few days off try running small parts of the TAT (trans america trail). A group did the whole 5000miles last year in Polaris RZR's. Plenty have done it with jeeps and dual sport bikes. I believe they connected Tennesee to Oregon staying roughly 90% on trails. Maps are available and you could pick spots that fit your time requirements.

 

I live in jersey shore and I was just talking with a few guys at work about trail riding and camping and all I have is places to trail ride but no camping by me. If you find anything count me in and post some dates so I can request off from work and make it. Hopefully by the time you decide that ill have my gears and winch done so I'm def in!
