heres my new bumper. bought the steel $20 cut to length. maybe 5 bucks for the oxy acetylene to cut holes and paint. looks pretty good now since i put a z71 out of commision on jan 1 with this jeep!!!Click image for larger version

i bought the steel at flusche manufacturing in muenster tx. they build cattle guards and truck beds and what not.

its 2 x 6 x 3/16 wall c channel bradleybob. i am not even going to comment on the remarks from the cali boys i think they speak for themself

That looks really good. My budget just tightened up and I have a winch sitting waiting to be installed. maybe I'll look into this option and see if I can get holes cut for the winch fairlead and factory fog lights? Thanks for sharing.
