What are you using for the Yellow? I'm having trouble finding a good match yours seems to be close.

for my grill inserts i used a yellow primer then bright yellow rust check paint. but tell you the truth it is now 3 weeks old and it is fading fast. might try a brighter yellow.

as for the letters and badge i bought the D yellow spray paint from the dealer, 20 bucks a can here so i use it wisely. letters are done but badge is not, will have pics soon

Thanks, I didn't realize you could get spray at the dealer. I got some Touch Up with a brush - Pin deal and it doesn't match at all. Well it's kind of yellow but very not right.

Guess I never got around to posting pics. Well today I decided that the grill had faded too much and needed to be redone. I originally used the "EZ" liner like the OP. After I prepped the surface I used the "EZ" adhesion promoter to aid with the bonding of the bed liner spray. It looked good initially but the liner faded in the sun. The other thing I did was after removing the JEEP letters I left a layer of the foam tape used to attach the letters behind. After I bed lined the grill and the remaining foam tape I was able to see exactly where the letters would reattach. This worked out really well and I had no issues putting the letters back on with double sided 3M tape. Anyways, I never added pics from the original process but I'll attach pics from today.

After noting the grill had faded, I removed it, cleaned it and used this really good flat black paint that I found at Home Depot. This stuff comes out of the can really black. I've noticed with other black paints that as it comes out of the can onto a surface its almost see through (if that makes sense? ). I used three coats of this paint on the grill and light guards which I left attached as they were also starting to fade and rust a little.

Pics attached.
