Default Inspiration

Using this thread as inspiration I did a version of this mod over the weekend. I will do a write up with pictures when I get home this evening. Hopefully give you guys some more options! Stand by....

Cool. I've had my halogen back up bulbs in for a while now. They are awesome. Just plug um in and go. I may try to post some pics at night.

Here is an install I did with a little change. They are installed so the plastic is all the way around the light.

Creative idea, I like the looks too. Are the stock backup lights still operational or did you eliminate the use of them and put it solely to the new lights?

Nice clean install. I was gonna do that with mine but I needed them angled out a little. Almost a 45 degree. I have something in mind of where I want to move them just got to put it on paper.

I am pretty sure that the stock lamps are still hooked up. I did on mine. Just tapped into the reverse light power source and they both come on when put in reverse. I also put mine on a toggle switch so I can turn them on when I want.

The factory backup lights still work in addition ot the extra lights I just installed.

My buddy who does sailboat fabrication helpeped, but with a Dremmel, a piece of cardboard and some time it was really easy.
