deep black shine for your plastic fenders and bumpers tip.
303 is terrible. It lasts until the first wash or rain. The only thing good about 303 is the UV protection.
I have used just about everything out there. The best I have found is Magic Dressing No 33 made by AUTO MAGIC. I bought a one gallon jug and it will probably last me for the next 5-10 years!!

Its greasy when you put it on and it dries in about 1-2 hrs. It lasts a long time and looks awesome. On the interior, one application lasts for years. I use to run a high end detail shop and we used this stuff and got tons of compliments. People couldnt believe how it looked greasey and wet but it was NOT greasey to the touch and complety dry.
Try it and you will love it. It smells good too.

One thing ive seen in the stores that I haven't heard much of on here is a product from Bondo called "Restore Black". They claim the stuff turns faded plastic back to original for 6 months. I might pick some up and try it
I have been using Meguiars extrior Trim cleaner and it was worked great for me.Makes them look better then they did new.its in a spray can and easy to apply.

Ive been going back and forth with the ICE and the MAGIC DRESSING on the fenders and bumpers. They both work about the same but the Magic Dressing lasts a little longer.
PM me about the Magic Dressing.
I was using the ICE on all my exterior till I got a hair up my butt and used the same Eagle 1 that I use on my tires, on my flare and bumpers. I got a towel that i use to wipe off excess with anyway, lightly spray the flares and bumpers so as not to get on paint and rub it all in. Yea it's greazzy to hell but I usually get mud or snot all over the outside anyway and it rinses right off.
disclaimer...if you do this and it dorks your paint up (cause you spray it all over like Peter North) I'm not responsible.
