What is the part number for the plastic gutter cover? Can you get that at home depot?

My inserts came this way from the eBay site. Put the concave side to radiator. It'll look great.

I'm having trouble with paint sticking to the galvanized gutter guard...I used high temperature Rust-Oleum ( the one with a grill on the front of the can), and even before I attached them on, the paint started to flake off. I am now waiting to see if Bed-liner will stick better. If not I may have to go with something else.

Looks like a run to the hardware store is in order... Bedliner sticks better, but still flakes. I think I'm going to go get new gutter guards and start from scratch. Sanding them is a must, and doing it with 5 coats of paint would be a mess. So off I go...to the hardware store for some sandpaper and new guards...

So for those who plan on painting your Grill Mod- a good sanding is a good idea if your using the galvanized steel gutter guards.

So after some trial and error, I went to Lowes and found that they sell 36x36 sheets of aluminum. A plus is it was already painted black (also comes in white). It cost around $39 a sheet. There is enough to do two grills, so split the cost with a buddy.

It was easy to install. I just drilled out some holes to slip the zipties through... And I was done.

I think it turned out pretty good!
