Hi

I know this is an old thread but my 2013 Rubicon just did the -- dash for the compass reading. Disconnecting the battery didn't reset it. Did you get your fixed?

Thanks

My ~ ~ popped up after I changed the stereo to the Alpine CarPlay unit. The factory stereo had the gps module built into the head unit. I purchased the MOPAR gps module, plugged it into the wiring harness (under dash cover passenger side) and the compass came back.
