Its a plastic thing from Autozone....... I would like to replace is with something else but I ran out of options and patience and it worked

 

I love this idea, i live in south texas so you can imagine just waiting in line at a drive thru my radiator fan turns on. I wonder if this makes an impact on being able to leave the engine running when out on a well. ( i know diesels can run all day but maybe this mod will keep the temp low enough?) thanks for sharing your ingenuity
