Default Fender Blinker Mod Chop

Finally got the B^&&s to do the chop. I went all the way out to edge and cut just the down turn. I kept the fenders on to do the trim and left in all the support. I also found some more stock looking markers (led) and hooked the into the blinker to do the blinker mod. One hicup I accidentally shorted a wire and blew the blinker fuse, no biggie though. Below are a coulple pics from the cell. I will take some more pics in the day and add to the post when I finish the rears. I used a heat gun and a carpet utility knife with a curved blade. Like Jake said in his post hot knife through budda. Still got my "Fender Pants on to".

Like Butta! Check it out you did it without me even needing to be there. Congrats looking good. I like the originality of the side marker too.

Looks great! My CJ had a similar set up but a bigger light. I always thought they should have done it that way from the factory.

i like the shape of those fender. they are just basic and i think it make hem look more vintage from the front. i am just wondering if they can be to flimsy. you kept the back protector that is a good idea. nice job.

and nice color
