Looks good, I think I'll add the rhino coating also, bugs and rocks are taking their toll.

Supplies from Home Depot:

1 Spray Can
2 Bags of Tie Blocks
1 Bag of Zip Lines
1 Gorilla Glue
2 Sheets of Expanded Aluminum
All came to ~$30

Sprayed it up. Cut an extra piece since the one pre cut is a tad bit short.

Get the tie blocks and zip lines together. Added some Gorilla Glue under the tie blocks and around the expanded aluminum. Gave it about 30 minutes for the glue to sink in.

Viola!

Finale!

Thank you guys =)
what size of expanded metal did you buy ?

@painkiller I bought the smallest one. I believe 18x25. I don't remember the exact size. It was $9.99 each.

Default Grill mod with screen from menards

Thought I would do the grill mod as long as I was doing the trans cooler update. No Home Depot or Lowes close by for expanded metal so used a 36" aluminum screen door protector from Menards. Cut it 14 1/4 tall by 28 1/2 wide. Used tye straps and these clips from super glue to hold on. Had the mesh in dark bronze aluminun so i left it that color with the Mango. Just another variation.

I did this mod today with some Gutter Gaurd, (there are 2 rolls of gutter gaurd in the pics, one from Home Depot and one from Rona, I went with the one on the left from Rona because I liked the look of it better)Click image for larger version

Total cost was under $20.00.(not bad when you compare it to the $100.00 one I put on my wife's Sahara before I saw this post).Click image for larger version

Completed this one myself ... bought a piece of steel for $5, cut, sanded, primed, and bedlined it and attached some zip ties with epoxy similar to what was done here.

Turned out pretty good, blistered the ends of my thumbs pulling off the backing on 40 of those zip tie mounts, but well worth it for the look.

Did mine a few weeks back using Home Depot plastic rain gutter guard. $20 total cost for gutter guard/zipties/ziptie mounts & gorilla glue! Better than $199 for the inserts from one certain Tec company! Only trouble I had was getting my grill back on with my stupid winch. Almost had to loosen my winch to get the grill back in place.
