anyone take off the jeep symbol when they did this mod and put it back on? anyone have any ideas on how to do this? i think the silver contrast with the black would look sick! thanks

I just heated the letters up with my wife's hair drier then pulled the letters off. When it comes to taking the glue off I used finger nail polish remover but its up to you on how you do this step. Also sand the letters with 220 grit or finer so the paint will have something to grip to. I used crazy glue to reattach them. Its easier to do this with the grill off.

Good Luck

A good double sided tape is recommended, something like 3M

I didn't heat it up or anything, but it was like 90+ when I pulled them off.

Just run some fishing line in behind the letters, kind of sawed through the stuff and cleaned the leftover goop off with bug and tar cleaner.

Didn't put mine back on at all but I'd want something like 3M so I would be worried about loosing a letter on the trail.

Not to bust your balls, but its not centered, its off to the right.
