That's only if you plan on drilling out the holes. If you don't want to drill, you want 7/16" clevis, which is just a fraction smaller than stock bolt

I didn't have to drill mine out. I have skyjacker end links. I don't know if that matters.

Yeah 1/2" clevis won't fit stock links

Zip ties. Sinch strap is quicker, easier and wont break. Bungie cord also works

I like this other than the method of securing everything when disconnected. Not that your method is bad, I just don't want to have to tie it up every time. Maybe a bolt threaded into the frame with a hold drilled in the end. That way you just swing it up and connect it with your pin. Might have to be my Jeep project for the weekend.

Thanks for this! I bought the parts and did it over the weekend.

I ended up going with the 1/2" pin and drilled out the bushing in the sway bar end link for a nice tight fit.

After test driving over some decent sized potholes, I don't have any rattling or cluncking to report!
