I fixed the whole issue today (pin size, rattling, etc)......... Took the whole sway bar off for a little while

Well I consider saying " its not rocket science" the same as you gotta be too stupid type saying as do most which is like talking down but if you didn't mean it that way then my apologies

Yep, I read the receipt. My problem is not with the 3/16" linchpin, the 1/2" clevis pin is too large to fit through the sway bar end links. Therefor, when I get the time, I will hog out the end link holes to 1/2". No biggie.

Ok, I've only read a few quotes on this last page and got tired of seeing "3/16 read the receipt".. 3/16 is tiny, that's the size of the hole for a hair pin cotter used in the end of the clevis pin. Yes, 7/16 will go through the bracket and end link without drilling anything, however it will be sloppy loose in the holes. I used a half inch pin, drilled the end links and it works good. It's still loose in the axle bracket but not near as bad and I don't hear any noise from it. I can take and post pics if anyone wants to see them.
