IPF, 130/120w, 4400K ,H4 And they work very well. After talking to Dave at NORTHRIDGE 4X4 he claims the blue is brighter than the white. And I would have to agree but I would also say the blue is also a more crisp light.

I am no expert by any means just going off of real world experience.

I have the white bulbs in one of my JK's and the blue In the other and I am happier with the Blue.

Sure, now you tell me, right after I received my kit from you with the white bulbs.

Hi Dave, in your opinion, are these bulbs brighter than the GE Nighthawk Platinums

Im running them with my Hella E code at the moment, They seem to be pretty good. best I have had in there yet.

I also have the IPF housings, I bought both just to satisfy my own curiousity. I had been swapping them in and out for the last 2 months and I prefer the Hellas. they seems to have a better cut off.

This is not to knock the IPFs, I actually like the way the lens look better. Its just personal preference.

I picked up a set of IPF H4 replacements this morning.

Out here in Australia the 2010 JK is supplied with German made H4 headlights but unfortuanley when low beam is set fo a nice distance then highbeam is up in the trees and when high beam is set right then low beam is far to short. Suprising for Hella.

My question is that the Hella H4s have the parking lights in them but the IPFs do not. This doesnt worry me bu I am just wondering if I take the parking light bulbs out and just secure the loom and tape the lamp holder up wil I get a fault code or warning on the dash?
