I popped the springs, so at least the head rests stay down out of the way..

I did need to use two bungie cords to keep the headrests from popping up while driving.

Default Rear headrest removal..!!

AWESOME..!! This something I have wanted to do for a long time.. I didn't think of getting in the cover etc. The cable has to do with the headrests springing back in place when you flip the seat back up.. (or unlock it when you put the seat down.) I will be doing that tomorrow..!!

Question.. When you pulled the cable out, did it break, or will it ever go back in if you wanted to put it back stock for some reason??
Not that I will, unless I ever traded or sold mine..

Thanks again.. Awesome mod..!!:2t humbs:

hey anybody know anything about getting the rear headrests out of a 2 door? there's a button and all that, but I can't seem to move them more than an 1/8 of an inch.
