Hopefully its a long tube design that eliminates the first cat. This thing is in dire need of more low end juice.

Very nice write up indeed! I remember dynoing my turbo'd stang at kennedies auto and cringing when i was at the 500rwhp mark! Wait til you put the lift and tires on and see the fuel mileage! Ouch! My 4 inch with 35's took me from 20 mpg highway to about 16 at best cruising 70 miles an hour! I am going to do the exhaust and intake this week to see if I can get some back! I am not totally sold on the chip yet as I am waiting for the charger to come out so I can get some boost on this thing! The EGT guage, boost/vacuum, and air fuel ratio are already installed! I'll get some pics up!!

borla also offers just mufflers...with the same gazillion mile warranty...
i had borla headers (after the stock manifold cracked), with a full borla cat back on my TJ, and i was happy with it. i'll be going with borla again.

Hey, thanks a bunch for posting these dyno results for all of us to see. I guess it gives me a good idea of what will bring on the best gains. I'm eyeballing the intake and chip for now. Maybe I'll leave out the exhaust since I kind of like the quietness...

Just a thought (here I go doing that bad thing again ) Would adding a resonator to the back end of the exhaust help in deepening the sound a bit??
I used this on several hot rods just to get by the cops and some noise laws, back in the day.

A potato works wonders to quiet them down.

(Someone did that to my truck a few years ago on halloween)

I wonder what gains will be had going from a manifold to a header will yield?
