Default Sound Bar Mod

So I just wanted to share what I did and see what every one thinks. I was wanting a little more wound in my sound but didn't want to lose space adding to many speakers and thought maybe adding two more in an obscure spot would be alright.

So I found a sound bar for sale on here and ordered it up.

So far I have just added the sound bar in and got it all lined up and bolted in. I had to remove the rear seat belts, the rear dome light and then kind of man handle the new sound bar in. Since they are made to fit behind the fronts seats, and I wanted it behind the rear seats, it proved to be kind of difficult but I think it turned out pretty good. Now I just have to find two more speakers! Haha

I used the existing seat belt holes to hold the bar in place and obviously remount my belts.

All constructive criticism is appreciated! I know it's not the best, but I've only invested about 40 bucks in this so far plus speakers so I think it's good for the money! Haha

Will you be able to re-mount your soft top?

Thanks! It just kind of came to me when I was eyeballing the jeep one day. Haha I haven't added the speakers yet but I'm kind of assuming it will sound just like the front one. I think anyway? Hopefully haha

Thanks boss I appreciate it! The hardtop goes on just fine but the bar covers up the top and maybe? The bottom mounts for the soft top so no it can't go on in conjunction with the bar.

I've always wanted to try this but didn't want to risk it, might have t try it now, but not sure if my rear bucket seats would clear the sound man when reclined

Did you use a longer bolt to remount the seat belts?
