Yea just grind the welds down and they come right off.

is a sawzall the best way to go for cropping the ends?

Step 1: remove POS plastic bumper.

Step 2: (tomorrow) cut off the ends and cans off

Step 3: add hi-lift

Step 4: (Friday) add purejeep shackles and d-rings

Took the plunge. Grinder was the way to for me! Sorry for the dark pic, I'll post new ones in the morning.

I took the plunge as well... much eaiser than I thought... now if I could just find some d ring mounts and then I can put my homemade hole cover plate it
