I would think you could because the holes are the ones that all the bumpers mount to.

Hey, I did this mod (have yet to cut and grind, but removed the awful plastic cover ) and it turned out great. Question, I left my crush cans on and mounted my Hi-Lift jack to them. I know they're welded on, but do you think these are strong enough to hold the Hi-Lift full-time?

depends on how well your cans are welded on. i had 1 with a good bead, the other was not welded good

Default Cheap mods on stock bumper

This mod i made it myself (sort of) cost me less than $100 including the lights, they are really crappy so i will change thewm again in the future but didnt want it to wait.
