its always nice having local people with the same interests. i know theres a few beefed up JK's around here. Moose's Tooth sounds like a good place to me.. beer pizza and Jeeps! anyway thinkin in the next couple months, so everyone interested has time to plan. post up dates or places and we'll go from there..

There aren't many of us around now that Falconfixer and Tonkmaster moved. Those that are left are pretty spread out.......one in Juneau, one in Fairbanks and north of that in Healey, and I'm down on the Kenai. You probably have to find a few up there in Anchortown to make this work....

 

Dave's right, there isn't/wasn't much of us up there. The dude in Juneu, I thought I saw him on here trying to sell his rig. Tonkmaster will probably chime in eventually but I think he's in Indiana and I'm down in..... My wife is still up there so I'm looking at making a flight up there next month.

There's a ton of JKs up there especially on base but it seemed most were 4doors driven to soccer practice.

 

ah bummer. maybe i should just start passin out cards. theres probably 8 lifted JK's on base including mine.. i know one of them. i did get a wave from a lady in a stock 4dr on steelies last week. surprised me. most people do wave though, just the women in 4drs that dont.


well, Dave, if youre ever up this way, im sure i could round up a few people at least. Jeeps in general shouldn't be a problem.

 

Go ahead and pass out cards, youll just be wasting your time. Falconfixer and I both littered the base and local area with JK Forum business cards. Good luck in your ventures.

 

I am in the anchorage muldoon area I would like to meet some others with jeeps. I am in Paris for some training from work but I will be back next sunday anytime after that is good.

 

im in muldoon area as well, with having a baby this year my time for wheeling has been limited, went the alaska 4x4 meet and greet and only saw 3 jks there. the guy i talked to with a jk sold it( its the silver rubicon jk with the lift at lithia right now. ) would be cool to meet up though, atleast before winter hits.

yeah maybe the weekend after next then.. maybe mooses tooth or somethin. grab some beers and pizza and talk jeeps. my buddy with a lifted 4dr might be down to go, and ill see if any of the other guys are interested too.

I'm down! Moose's Tooth would be excellent. My weekends for the next couple of months are pretty packed, and definitely no beer or pizza before the bodybuilding show haha. But after, it's totally on >
