Usually it'd do that if your steering wheel is off center just a bit. When you take an exit ramp that has a turn involved, the system thinks that you've gone into a slide and activates tc to compensate for it. Vie also noticed it do this when you have oversized tires where the speedometer is not calibrated. This leads the system to believe that you might be going faster than what's indicated which could also cause it.

Salsa as in the edible kind or the dance? If its the edible kind, I'm in. If its the dance, you're on your own

I was in between the cobra and midland. I liked the fact you can talk to midland off the car adapter and put a battery pack and use it for spotting etc. Also reading through some threads I ran across a guy who had the cobra and got rid of it for the midland after riding with a guy. He said it sounded a little clearer without having to add an external mic.

I will run the antenna cable to the passenger side and plug it in when in use then tuck away when not in use. Also I bought the quick disconnect for the antenna so I can put it away as well.
