Pictures as requested. It's all stock hehe. I liked the G.E.A.R. seat covers but i heard they fit funny. I bought some MOLLE panels and tied them to the back of my seats and bought some bags from the local military surplus store. That's all i've done in the 3 months since i've gotten it really.

Like i said i'll probably get some rubi takeoff tires when i can. Will probably be difficult to find them locally so i might have to have them shipped to me eventually.

It's going to be my daily driver for quite some time so i cant really afford to go too crazy with it yet.

LOL sorry about the confusing question-

the reason I ask is because I was sitting next to an Islander edition the other day at work and the gap between the top of his tire and the fender was about an inch more than mine- I know it's bone stock because he just got it.

wonder if my stock springs are sagging, or if that's just how an X compares to an Islander? If I'm sitting lower than normal *because* my springs are getting tired, then I don't wanna attempt a larger tire for the sake of keepin' the fenders intact

either way, I need lift - would like to see what it can do stock though.. I've been through some grousome stuff in my Liberty, mostly because I'm retarded.. and if that lard ass can handle what I put it through, I'm dieing to see what my wrangler can do.

Check with TORN. I think he's getting ready to sell his Rubi takeoffs and Teraflex Budget Boost lift.

Nice color by the way

Islander comes with Rubi wheels and tires (or the same size atleast), which would make the Islander look taller than the X. As for the gap between the tire and the fender, I'm not sure.

Oh, and if you're looking for a lift, check with TORN. He's getting ready to sell his Teraflex Budget Boost

I would also check craigslist in Dallas they seem to have a ton of rubi takeoffs.

Probably going to do the same thing Brandon did - put TJ style mirrors on RR relocation brackets.

Yeah, Brandon stopped by the dealership yesterday (Thanks again for that Brandon) so that I could see how much of the mirror was visible and it's much better than the stock mirror in that bracket. A stock JK passenger mirror, I think, is around $71.00 (or around $120.00 for a set of driver and passenger mirrors). TJ mirrors on the other hand are around $42.00. So, I might go that route to see if that works, and if it does, it gives a year round solution - with or without doors - which is what appeals to me.

Brandon_soper21 can give you the specs, but he said it's a TJ mirror for 2002 and earlier Jeeps. Here's what it looks like:
