I feel sad for my poor jeep, it just got 1 tire stuck and couldn't get out.
Even with your lockers in 4 low your back tires couldn't pull you out?

That ground was so soft, the second I started letting clutch it just dugg itself in up to the frame. Eventually I got it out by rocking it back and forth.

Now, being the owner of a four-door, I must wonder if with it's longer wheelbase, those rear wheels might just have done the job (judging by the pic's, it appears a few more inches and they'd have been on pretty solid ground).

Default Places to wheel around OKC

I was wondering if anyone had places they wheel around OKC. The only places I've found are at the river in Norman and Liberty Lake in Guthrie and I'm tired of those.

My november is unfortunately booked solid between family crap, hellacious work schedule, and hunting season. I won't be doing any wheeling until December or January at the earliest.

Thom--a few of us just went to Mr. Frieling's in Clayton last month. Just keep an eye on this sub-forum to see when the next thing comes together.

Not a run, but it looks like a couple of us are getting together probably for lunch and to do a little work on Interceptor_1972's Jeep on the 22nd. You're welcome to join us, if you like. It will be here in the Midwest City area, I think.

aww man, wish I would have known earlier I've never been out there, I already got tickets to OU Saturday. I'll probably end up messing around down in Norman on the river or Moore on the river on Sunday. There's a chance of rain so there might be a little mud.

Where's the place at in moore and Norman? I've only been to the one in purcell.

Not that I can do anything anyway, now that the jeep's out of commision.
