Think about heat wraps. On the passenger side you have the supercharger sitting right above the header. If the header can melt battery boxes, it can also damage a supercharger I suppose. From what I have read you could also reuse the factory heat shield on the passenger side. It should require just some minor trimming.

I'm looking at an SC for my '11 Rubi. Any reason you chose the AEV over the RIPP SC?

. After reading everything I could find out there, it seems the Magnuson SC has a more even distribution of HP and torque at all rpms (in particular lower ranges).

Aev/Magnusson. Sprintex is OK too. Low end torque.

I have read nothing but nightmares from the sprintex SC. I guess u get what you pay for.

It needs a intercooler! Mine drives like a dream with the custom cooler. Needed to get my own tune done but i recommend that to any SC owner.
