2" lift what is truly needed ???
Ok like stated I want to do a 2" lift not worried about the cost but I want a complete kit . There are so many different kits and they all supply different components I want to do it right the first time and I want everything so that it gets done all at once I ll be buying it from quadratec . WHAT SAY YOU

So why a 2" lift? Why limit yourself to Quadratec? What specifically do you want to do with your jeep (trail ride, rock crawl, mudding, overland?) What have you done with your jeep already (trail ride, rock crawl, mudding, overland?) What other accessories will you put on your jeep (winch, bumpers, etc...)?

$160 basic Teraflex Leveling kit. It's basically a 2" lift. This is mine with 35" tiresAttachment 660440
Their coil leveling kit is under $400. EVO's has coil in front spacers in back. TF coils are a little stiffer.

I guess the big thing is why are there so many different items offered in the different kits I mean if all you need are pucks them why offer anything else ???? I want to do it right I don't want to have issues latter and have to go out and buy extra stuff to correct problems that the lift I put on is going to cause like why do some of the kits offer rear sway bar end links ??? and some kits that are almost identical don't offer them ???? do I need them ??? personaly I don't have a problem with putting new springs and shocks in it over just buying pucks . This jeep is just a snow beast its not going to be doing a lot of OFF ROAD driving so I want some extra height for looks and 33" tires .

Because for increasingly massive tires, gotta have increasingly massive lift. The bigger the lift, the more "stuff" you need. This is important: If you know, way beyond a reasonable doubt, that you will never want bigger than 33" tires, then your basic Teraflex Leveling Kit, which includes a longer front link, is perfect for you. Your install shop, or you if you do it yourself, should do an alignment afterward. It's actually perfect for even mine on 315/70/17 Duratracs , see pics above, but I regeared to 4.56 to keep power. Do NOT find yourself wishing you'd gone bigger to 35's.
Here is a pic on 285/70/17 km2's before I did 315/70/17 Duratracs, level kit n gears. Duratracs would be your wisest choice, I believe, in either 285/70 or 315/70

A lift with spacers like a BB or a Leveling kit will not change the ride. If you were to go over a 3" then you have to add different components. A 2" spacer kit will raise it 2" a 3" coil will raise it more.
TF LK boasts up to a 34" tire. You take the rear links and switch to front and install ones with kit to the rear. You will also need wheel adapters if running stock wheels. Ride stays the same
TF 2.5 BB is the most complete kit out there. Wheels adapters. Ride stays the same.
I replaced my coils with higher numbers and TF LK. I ave had zero problems with this set up running Rubi shocks and 255's...for now. I have over 110,000 on my Jeep. It is a great inexpensive option for the budget minded or tight ass individual.
If you are thinking about purchasing an expensive kit you need to ask yourself are you really going to use it to it's potential. I guarantee you there are a lot of Jeep owners out there that do that just for the looks. Waste of money to me.
