I run on 108 octane and my jeep hauls butt! I keep overdrive off under 60. Somedays she passes quickly and somedays she just passes but Im never last. Oh and it's an auto.

Only of you get caught! I don't think it will void the warranty but they will flash your jeep at the dealer and you'll loose you settings and have to pay $100. To superchips to get it back.

Open your warranty booklet.

Pretty much, if your JK didn't leave the factory with a Flashpaq installed, it ain't covered. Which means that any damage that could conceivably have been caused by a flashpaqs re-programming or re-tuning ain't covered either.

About how much does it cost to buy new gears and have them installed? And what brand do most people go with.

I'm runnin 315 Duratracs with 3.73 gears and an auto. I'm fine with the way it drives, but I don't try to lead-foot it.

3.73 Auto on 35" Kumho MTs for past couple weeks... took a road trip and averaged 20mpg driving mainly with the cruise on. Drops to 17 in the city. I re-tuned using a Superchips and that helped some, but my initial takeoff is always sluggish. Highway speeds seem fine, except for long grades uphill, which was expected.
