Not wheeling too hard for next year until I buy a car. JK is DD at this time. 15 mile ommute each way. Wheel it 3-4 times a year currently.
Trying to keep it around $1000 including shocks.

Full Traction Economy Plus kit with Bilstein 5100 shocks ought to be in the $900 range. I doubt you'll find another kit that includes everything that one does for the same money. It comes with an adjustable front track bar.

I would consider a set of front lower control arms along with a front adjustable trackbar.

Cool as mentioned, your DS should be fine.
Great system choice as well. Add our monotube shock or our adjustable shock and you are good to go!
You have the adjustable track bar included in our 3" SPORT and can add control arms whenever you want.
