Default 315 Duratracs w stock fenders and no lift?

I know it is not ideal and won’t work offroad, but can I get away with it on the road?
315/70/17 Duratracs on 17x9 Rugged Ridge wheels with 4.75 backspacing.
My Jeep is too new to mess with the suspension and I love my painted fenders lol

Sure, you'll be fine!!!

As long as you don't turn. Or hit any bumps. Or...

I you need at least a leveling kit, at that you will rub if you off road or hit a good pot hole.

You'll have to do some type of trimming to run that size tire w/ no lift. Technically they will fit but like mentioned above. Good luck turning or going over any bumps, even on road.

i just bought a set of those rims and am saving for the exact tires as well....i might go with bushwacker flats or add 1" coil spacers all around.....should do the trick for me as i don't do any rock crawling.

That's what i just ordered. I was thinking the same way you were. I want to stuff the biggest tire in there without having to lift.

It kills me that the price difference between the 285/70/17 and 315/70/17 is $5 per tire!!

I want to lift it eventually, but wanted to get wheels and tires first. I hate to get 33’s and later want to get 35s
