3500 to spend. help
And you are looking at 33" tires ???

Hope you're in to the big lift / tiny tires look. Start looking at 37's or bigger. And gears. And adjustable trackbars. And adjustable control arms. And steering correction. And brake lines. And bumpstops. And yes, a front driveshaft.
Honestly, you don't need any more lift or the chopped flares for the tires you are looking at. If you opt for the 3-3.5" lift, keep the stock flares until after you have the new tires so you can see what it looks like. And if you didn't catch it above, adding the levelling kit on top of that size lift is a bad idea - unless your plans include throwing a LOT more money at it.
3-3.5" coils + 2" level pucks + flat flares ???

Guess it depends on the tires? My 295/75's weren't much over 32" when mounted and under my jk. If yours are actually a 34+" tire, they'll look good under a 3" lift. But again, you will not need the pucks, and you might wait until after the lift and tires are on to decide on chopping the flares, just in case the tires turn out to be shorter than you expect.

It's a lot easier than you think. 2.5" bb and 35's, no rubbing, but cut the flares cuz I like the look. Like no flares better, but too damn messy

Look at 275/70R18's, they'll be right under 33" mounted. My Toyo Open Country M/T's were 32.75" and looked cramped with my TF 1.5" Leveling Kit. I upgraded to the TeraFlex 2.5" Budget Boost with shock adapters and instantly fell back in love with the look of the Jeep. I'd spend the money on armor and axle upgrades to prevent any kind of damage in the future. C gussets, axle sleeves, LCA skids will keep the damage down and you might as well put some new HD ball joints in at the same time. If you want 35's, then it's time to upgrade your gears too! That $3500 will go quick but you won't have to worry about bending/breaking components. Remember the 7 P's: Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.
They're just coil spacers like the leveling kit, so you get what ya get. I forget tho if they're 3" front and 2" rear, or just flat 2.5"
This is getting complicated haha the jeep will have a hard time handling 295/70/18s with my 2" level and 3:73 gears? I'm not looking to rock crawl or anything, is all the suspension upgrades needed? I also read good things about the aev procal module for only $160 shipped. My f150 runs 305/70/17 with a 4.2L and 3:31 gears! lol
