35s
It might sound nice at idle, but at higher RPM straight piped V6 sound like ass. I'm guessing you like to be noticed.
Go cheap on everything if you're building a "look at me" Jeep. No reason to spend lots of money on building a good rig. BB, Toyos and 3.21 gears will be perfect.
I know there's a difference in the 3.6 and 3.8 im not stupid what im saying is i could care less if everyone has 3.6 i like what I got
My 3.6 in my new Rubi with heavy 35's smokes my 09 Sahara that I had all the performance parts on CAI, throttle body spacer, Cat-Back and the Bully Dog tuner set on the performance tune and lighter 33's...no comparison and my 3.6 doesn't sound like a 4 banger when it is rolling smoke off the 35's at a stoplight...and the 3.8 wouldn't spin the 33's

This thread is cracking me up!
At the end of the day, it's your JK, so do what you want to it. If you can afford to put quality products on it, do so. Do your research and try and do it right the first time. If you're looking for a street rod or looking to tear up the quarter mile, find a different car.
Whether you drop $1000 or $20,000 in mods and performance parts, it'll still be a Jeep. Do what makes you happy and enjoy it. If others don't like it, who cares.
I have the 3.8 minivan engine, a 3" lift and 35" Trail Grapplers on mine and couldn't be happier. If you're looking for great gas mileage, trade your jeep in for a Prius. Otherwise enjoy it and be thankful you have an iconic ride.
Take care and good luck with whatever you decide.
