Is the superchips one of best ones out there? Just trying to think about my continuous $ that I will be spending! Lol. Mines a 2010, several cosmetic mods and a lift, upgraded the crappy wrangler sr-a tires to the km stock rubicon tires a while back.... But now I think I want 35's. I love the stance waaaaaay better but want to go the less expensive way right now..... If that's possible. ; )

2008 JKU auto, 3" lift, 35s, 3.73 gears, Superchips Flashpaq.... I don't even mess with my OD button during my DD commute. Yes, it's a dog on steep inclines when I'm traveling on freeway, but really it's not as bad as some drivers tend to exaggerate. It's a jeep, not a muscle car.
If I shift into D2 I can easily pass 18-wheelers and other vehicles uphill. Sure, the rpms jump to 3000-3500, but I'm only doing it for a couple minutes when I need the extra

I plan on re-gearing to 5.13s when I find time, a shop, and extra $$$ to do so, since I plan on upgrading to 37s when my 35s wear out.

The Superchips is definitely a handy tool for correcting speedo & tire size changes, tire pressure monitoring, and other nifty options. The Quick Tunes are very easy to use and help in all sorts of situations, especially when towing or extra performance.

07 jku. 35's, 4.10's, and a Superchips Vivid. Not too bad but will eventually re-gear

O.K I am the guy! I run 35's and 5:13 gears and work is 5.32 miles away. In CT its all hills and valleys and I have a couple between home and work. Quite honestly I want more gear but with the Dana44 up front 5:13 is the smart choice for strength as 5:36 the pinion gear becomes minuscule and thus is weaker due to stress loads. On a Dana 30 I would go 4:88 as 5:13 has the same tendency as 5:36's do on the D44. (Kinda the one size down from max rule)

HOWEVER this setup transformed the rig into a much better daily driver. Highway is great. I can maintain O.D up hills without a quam (As long as noone gets in front of me.) and RPMs are 2500 @ 65 O.D off i think Dang hate that ... but it's not freak out RPM that people will tell you or else I would have shoved my 4:10's back in.

Arround town just a better driver all over the situations of traffic. Off road crawl is stupid low as A: rubi transfer case gearing and B; 5:13's and aired down 35's = great rock control. Put it this way it SO should have come from the factory this way even with 32's LOL

OH and I use a flashpaq. YOU NEED some sort of programmer to tell the jeep what it has. I.E adjust computer to see 35" tires and 5:13 gears. It ties in the proper shift shedule, power curves leading up to and after a shift event, fueling and speedo correction. ... well that and of course why not throw a "power Tune" at it too being you are programming in the new running gear anyhow
