37's or 35's?
but there is a considerable amount of money involved to go to 37's correctly instead of just going to 35's. 35's you can get away without the "c" gussest and re gearing, 37's I wouldn't recommend it at all, you're just asking for more problems down the road. And your Jeep will be slow as a slug on the road. With the 35's and OD turned off the 35's are way more bearable. I personally went to 35's after 33's and did all of the major upgrades over the course of a year since I didn't have the loot to plunk down on the 37's and re gearing, new drive shafts (you don't need them but will want them eventually) "C" gussets, flat flares, and so on but I'm now ready come Spring to move up to the 37's.
IMHO, a JKU auto with a 3" lift, 35" tires, 513 gears is the best combo of all worlds. Add C-gussets for insurance and it will go offroad 90+% of the places 37s will go. It is a level that most height challenged people can get into. The mpgs will be in the mid to upper teens. Trim the front skid and you can run stock driveshafts. I did this, but added axle sleeves, RCVs & Superiors, PSC steering assist, F&R bumpers, winch etc. and I get a lot of complements on its looks and build quality. I thought about going to 37s, but would have had to regear again lost some of the above qualities that are important to us. To each his own!
