37's on stock d30
I have been running 37's on my D30 for over a year. I try and wheel at least one weekend a month. Sometime hard, sometimes easy, it all depends on if the wife is with me. Gussetted and still running the factory 4:10s. The key is to know your weekness and limits. Wheeling is just like work...smarter not harder!

Another question, so my plan is to sleeve and gussets I know the gussets are welded on but unsure about the sleeves. Is it a simple pull the axels and slid in the sleeves or are they welded in place? Thanks again for all the help

The only thing different on the factory axles is the differential size. A Smaller ring and pinion. You will be fine if you don't wheel it. Anyone who is running a stock D44 or D30 should sleeve and gusset it if the wheel it After 37s. Hell even after 35s. And for people who don't think d30 are he same then why the hell are the sleeves and gussets you buy from Evo or any other company the exact same size. They will fit both axles. Trade the dude. You will love them. But then again be carefully wheeling it. And that goes for you d44 guys too. Here's a pic or two of mine. Nothing except for the spring perches are factory. All custom built.
I have a d30 with 35's going to 37's soon. It will be fine. Sleeve and gusset maybe. But you will be fine. Tons of these threads floating around. Go for it!
