Default 38x13x17 geolandar on stock rims

Anyone mounted these tires on stock Rubi rims?
I currently have a set of 12.5's mounted
But was wondering if 13.5 wide is pushing it!!
the section width of my current states 12.5 and the 13.5 ones I'm looking at state section width of only 13 so thats 1/2 inch different

I second Karls10jk's statement.

I'm running 12.5" wide tires (two sets) on the stock rims. In both cases, the rims are just slightly narrower than what the tire manufacturer recommends. No problems so far. I kinda think that running a 7" rim with a 12.5" wide tire helps the tire stay on the rim when I'm aired down wheeling. I run 9 psi when off road, and have not had issues with blowing beads.

yeah I'm trying to squeeze a 38 inch tire on only a 3 inch TF lift and a Rough country 1.25 BL and bushwhacker flatties. Pinch seams cut of course
