I cut enough of the periscope out of the middle of it to position most of the light behind the openings in the wheel. I left enough on the top section to lap over the bottom so I could screw the two sections together with tech screws. I have driven in front of peace officers and have not drawn undo attention. The 65 Mustang bezels and lenses cover the stock holes, and I kept the light bucket but cut it down enough too fit inside the body and screw in place. Added an LED backup light later.

Same idea for me too...used an LED flashlight for the lamp. JB Weld did the job for mine after opening up the center cap with a hole saw!
