Default 3rd row seat install

Anyone install the teraflex 3rd row bracket. Did you use the nutserts or bolt it down? Don't have a nutsert tool but can get something similar and use their bolts? Thanks for any input.

I had a local performance shop install the nutserts for me. they had the proper tool. i looked around for the tool but it was going to cost me more for this tool than to just have the shop install the nutserts for me.

I did this mod and could not find the tool anywhere. So I found somewhere on the web on how to make a crude one out of 3 nuts and a bolt. It worked well enough to get them installed but it's really easy to f'up.

Got the seat in and a corbeau harness on one side and the weather finally is dry enough to take the family out this weekend. It looks great.

I'd like to see pictures too - been looking at doing this and I have a TJ rear seat but don't like how close it is to the rear window... So I may give up or go another route like this.

I'll try to post pics when I get around to taking them. But it IS very close to the rear window when facing forward. The cool thing about the TF bracket is, you can configure to have the seat facing the rear too. One big drawback is you lose all your storage space and need to either get a roof rack or tail gate cargo rack to put your gear on.

Thanks! That is pretty neat. I remember someone made a third row seat for my Grand Cherokee ZJ back in the 90's. It may have been you guys.
