You can get as much travel as them evo coilovers typically if not more.
cool thanks

I believe res shocks have a shorter body. Less stop = more total travel.

Everyone has an opinion yet not one single person here has tried, or has a 6" lift. They are all wrong and you should know better to go on the web for answers. opinions are like A holes, everyone has one. The jku is very accepting of a 6" lift with it's longer wheel base. No, you don't have to replace your front axle and for the life of me I can't understand these people spouting off about which they have no idea. I have had my Jeep since 2008 with a 6" long arm kit, longer then most here has even had their Jeep. Does it look to tall? did I replace my front axle ? OMG, does it look like a swamp buggy ? does it have more travel then your JK ?

Driving vs actually wheeling a vehicle is completely different.

You're right about the opinion and how everyone has one. My opinion is that you have no idea what you're talking about.

Has to replace his axle or SHOULD?

A 4inch long arm and flat fenders vs a 6 inch long arm without flat fenders. Ill take the 4inch long arm over the 6inch. Have you read much about LCG (lower center of gravity)

I have run 6" of lift as well with 37's and it was terrible and just down right scary off road in any off camber situations. Of course I have a 2 door and the loner wheel base will help that some. We need to get together one of these days and maybe let me drive your rig and see how it is. I still want to get a ride in that Willy too.
