I run a 6" Teraflex LCG long arm and 37's with stock fenders and have no problems with rubbing or small looking tires. The flat fenders with 6" of lift will make 37's look small, think roller skates, and are not needed. With the Teraflex lift the ride and road manners are great as well as the off road flexing. This is a picture of 37's stuffed into the rear wells with no contact and almost full droop on the front with no rubbing.

Here is the other way around.

I can also tell you that this is by far the best lift I have ever had to date, I have had quite a few on different JK's, and the most complete if ordered correctly. Good luck.

Default lift

Look into the rock Krawler lifts, there 5.5 kit is top notch and one of the few that you can upgrade to a long arm down the road if you don't want to initially go with. 37's are a minimum if your running flat fenders on anything over a 3.5" lift or it will just not look right. I have 9"s of total lift on my JK and cleared 42's easily and i have uncut stock sahara fenders.

I can't believe skyjacker would just give you trackbar brackets instead of new trackbars themselves. Going up that high i would think more of a sturdy trackbar than some bolted on bracket.

Default Skyjacker is not the best option.

Take it from a guy who has first hand experience with a Skyjacker lift. There are better, and more complete lifts out there. I would look towards Teraflex, or Full Traction. And as others have said, I wouldn't go any bigger than a 4" lift unless you plan on 40"s or bigger.

I'm with the 4" or less crowd. Off-camber stuff with the sway bar disconnected is spooky enough without getting the center of gravity even higher. Remember, it's not just the extra 2" that's working against you. That extra height means the uphill springs will begin to unload that much quicker.

Just my 2 cents.
