Default Advice on using Nitto Trail Grapplers with my Stock wheels & EVO Enforcer

Hi, I've been working on first phase mod plan for my 2009 2dr X. I'm stuck:

1) I am going to get the 2.5 EVO enforcer system (this is a 3.5" lift)
2) I want to use my 17" x 7.5" stock aluminum wheels
3) I was planning on using the Nitto Trail Grapplers - this is the one i had thought might work
35x12.50R17LT E 121Q
4) however, I think this tire might be too wide even with spidertrax spacers
5) does anyone know which tire might work?
6) any thoughts or comments?

Thanks a lot and appreciate it

D

you can get them to work with wheel spacers but you will still have some rubbing when stuffed and at a full turn.

so then it would be best to buy new wheels with 4.5" backspacing? I was hoping to use the stock ones. bummer...

i wonder if i should stick with stock 17's or bump up to 18's with my 3.5" lift.

i wonder if this would be better and look nicer too???

You can go with spacers or if your budget allows it new wheels it's all up to you...

17" tires will be cheaper.
