Did you have any issue with the 315's on your stock tire carrier? I have 285's now, just installed the 2.5" XT and am planning to bump up to the 315's next. Click image for larger version

It's not perfect, when I was at EJS I put the tire in the back so it didn't bounce around. My plan is either the AEV Tire Carrier or TeraFlex Carrier, next upgrade...

Thanks... Sounds like I can survive a few months before upgrading bumpers and tire carrier.
Just trying to avoid hitting it all at once.

Funny how the duratracs seem popular with the AEV mods. Seems like the right match if you are going for a heavy blend of on-road performance mixed with a fully capable rig ready for off-road.

I have the AEV 2.5" kit on my wifes '12 JKU Auto and we love it. Its her daily driver but we hit the trails in Moab at least once a month. We run 35x12.50/17 Goodyear MTRs and they don't rub at all. I didn't get the drop brackets but I did instal adjustable lower control arms with the kit.

Current suspension/drivetrain parts list:
2.5" AEV lift w/ 1/2" Teraflex spacer in the front to level it out.
Front Upper and lower Synergy Adj. Control arms
Front Synergy Track bar with sector shaft brace
Currie Antirock front Anti-sway Bar
FOX Steering stabilizer
1310 Coast Driveshafts front and rear
4.56 gears
