Default AEV Center Cap Customization

Hey guys -- need suggestions on how to customize my AEV pintler center caps...they came stock with the yellow/black adhesive caps. I am looking at replacing them with the ones listed on the below link (they come in silver and black). If I wanted to coat them red, what should I use and what approach should I take? I prefer not to do powdercoating for something so small (if it can even be done on plastic), especially for caps that only cost $7 a pop. I would like the logo to show through whatever coat I put on...thinking of like a red poly-clearcoat type....any ideas???

I have the silver ones that came with my AEV Silver Savegre wheels. The black ones look good on the black Savegre's, BUT they are not the typical black coating. More along the lines of a bed liner coating. Very rough to the touch.

I couldnt imagine painting them. They just wouldnt look right.

I'm with you. I want the argent wheels, but don't want the yellow center cap. Wonder why they don't make an argent center cap?

I used Jeep centercaps in my AEV wheels. Painted black and snapped right in place.
