I have the aev and very happy with them. before i did the install i picked up a extra bolt from Chrysler. I do like the three positions on the brackets.

I did see the TNT brackets at a jeep rally. The are designed like AEV's and RC's but maybe thicker. The price was crazy. $250 iirc

I'm at 3.5 using Rancho brackets and my pinion angle is 2* which should have caster at 4*
I've read a few post with 2.5" lifts and caster was 4.5-5*

We tested this bracket on various systems in that height range and found no real difference in driving. What matters is the ending caster.
