Default AEV Heat Reduction Hood

Have a white 2013 JKU Rubi. I have done a white and black contrast theme I guess youd say. I have black AEV pintlers, black AEV rear corner guards, black hard top, black fenders and all my bumpers are black. I'm thinking of painting this hood flatblack instead if color matching it like everyone else. What do you guys think?

I think it looks unfinished all black. How about only painting the center hump section black and the rest white?

I agree. you need to paint some of the hood white.

If it was my jeep, I would do the mesh black and paint the rest of the hood white. I think that would look the cleanest and ad a mean look to it.

The mesh is already painted black. So I would just have to get the hood painted white. Just an idea. Hmmmm

Another idea, if you want the majority of the hood the flat black but want white on it, paint the center hump and the mesh white or vice versa.

I agree paint the hood white with black grills. It would look to in finished if you didn't.

You could leave the hood all black as is and just have the cowls painted black so from the grill to the windshield is black. Kind of a white and black two tone at that point but that's what I want to do to my silver jeep

I always was a fan of the two tone. My jeep is black so mine wouldnt look much different, but here is a pic of what I am talking about.
