Well I went with some silver on mine with the orange vents but I think a little more black on yours would look good

I want this hood in silver. However, I can't wrap my head around paying $1100 for a painted hood. I can't find them any cheaper or used anywhere either.

These are the Xenon flares. I had them painted to match. They put a plasticizer in the paint to allow for flexing so it wouldn't crack on me. I live in Erie, PA smack dab in the middle of the snow belt. We average about 6 feet of snow a season. These hold up great to all of the elements so far. No complaints.

Think of it this way, it doesn't cost $1,100 . It's $800 + paint . I couldn't believe I was going to spend that much for a hood. Then I got installed and forgot about what it cost!

Yeah, I think I can justify that, they are incredible looking. There have been plenty of things that people thought I was crazy for spending so much money on...until they saw them installed. I would also love to transfer the grommets and footman loop, best of both worlds.
