Default I am happy with my reversa bars

I don't know the reversa bars are getting such a bad rap for use on rocks. They do all right for me.

Maybe 3 or 4 times at Tellico and they are still true and straight, I did manage to tourque the body though. I have had to paint them twice because I have scratched all of the powder coatinng off the bottoms. I will admit the are a PITA to reverse so they pretty much stay in the up position all the time. The short wife eventually got over it.

The LoD ones have raised holes (if that makes sense) to give you better traction while using it as a step. I'm about 99% sure these are the ones that I'm gonna go with. Check out www.4x4xplor.com to take a look at the sliders.

Default Pic of the LoD sliders.

Sorry I can't get the pictures to post because of the way they have them on this site. Take a look. The first ones are unfinished, and then towards the end you can see finished ones that are installed. You can see the little raised rings that give you extra traction while getting in. I like them, but to each their own.

I really like the look of the River Raiders. I would get them but 1. I just don't want to drill into that flimsy assed sheet metal. 2. Living in NY I wouldn't want that right against the paint like that. All the salt would get in between the slider and the thin assed sheet metal and rot it out in no time. Probably take just one winter or maybe two, and I wash my vehicle quite frequently in the winter time!!!
