That shitty plastic formula is a closely guarded DC secret! I haven't ever seen any other type of vehicle with it!

I was gonna order one too, but my other half wouldnt let me .... she wants to make sure it fits right and matches...so doesnt care what I do to the outside, but she doesnt trust me on interior choices anymore... I think it has something to do with the polished billit lighter I put in my truck...

So I am counting on you

I just ordered one from Quadratec. Looks like it won't be available for a "couple of weeks". Hopefully I won't be waiting forever. This is one part that both my husband and I agree on. We've been waiting for something like this to come out. Hopefully it will look good. I'll post pics and comments once I get it.

Isnt the compass underneath that top dash piece, hope they made provisions......

Id rather it not have that tall backing for a navigation unit, would rather just have one large recessed area.

Yes! That looks sharp. Finally a rocker switch lower panel that looks good. I would love to see one installed. This is kind of confusing: "Allows any combination of 1 to 4 rocker style switches" .. does it come with the switches or what?

They did make provisions for the compass, however for those who are ordering, I have seen what I believe was a pre-production model installed, and the color was WAY off from the factory piece, and the logo on both pieces is an eyesore. For $50, I would hold off until I see an installed production piece for the color, the logo however is a deal breaker for me.
