I went with the ARB and have not regretted it one bit. It has been on the Rubicon, Moab, and everywhere in-between and is holding up great. I have used the bull bar as a hi-lift mount, have a Ramsey winch and Lightforce lights. I also like the license plate mount that comes with it, that flips up out of the way when you need to access the winch. My father-in-law has the AEV and it is great, but he used zip ties to mount the license plate.

They're all great bumpers, but I like everything about the AEVs. I bought both front and rear and have been completely happy. Had a little struggle with my front tires catching on the outer corners of the front bumper, but I just took a grinder to them and problem solved. I have an older version, the newer ones are formed differently for more clearance, however I like the mesh design on my version better.

I received the bumper and now I'm looking forward to 4-5 hours of knuckle-rapping fun

Those open squares are to use a high left jack.

I agree. I like how the arb ties into the flares.

Good choice! I LOVE the ARB!!! I would have gotten one myself but, I am going with aftermarket fenders and the ARB looks best with the stock fenders. On ARB vs AEV- I think they both look great but, to my eye, the AEV is too rounded and sleek, the ARB looks more functional and rugged. Anyways, just wanted to chime in and say I think you made a great choice going with the ARB!!!
