Is this another one that wasn't greased at install?

You're probably doing the right thing by dropping it off and letting someone else diagnose it.
Pinion angle is off. But I barely got any vibration at all this whole time. This one was greased a bit too much when I got it.

Why are you pissed at the driveshaft?

You acknowledge that you have nearly 7 freaking inches of lift, (on a 2door!!), and you are still running the stock control arms. You KNOW that you have lost wheelbase with that much lift, you KNOW that the driveshaft is running at very steep angles, you KNOW that the pinion is incorrect for a double cardan, - so why not install some arms to not only fix the pinion angle, but to move the axle back in the wheel well before laying the blame on a driveshaft that is NOT set up correctly...

can't take shortcuts and expect everything to work correctly, can't always replace with aftermarket to correct an issue it's not made to correct.

Got about 4 inches after it settled. Replaced the sriveshafts since then. The issue was solved today. Tranny is on the way out. I already talked with the dealership and they are covering it

After a trans shop pulled the trans they went through the driveline. Over tightened caps on the u joint caused it to be shot. It was making my transmission slip. $16 plus labor and I'm back in business. Not too happy with woods right now
