Bedliner Spray for front Grill????
I did mine a few months ago and have had no problems either. I sanded mine down completely and hit it with 2 coats of flat black Rustoleum for plastic. I follower that with a couple coats of spray bedliner. From sanding to install was about 2.5 hours because it dried so fast.
Those red grill inserts look badass
I went with the all black which looks great on the silver jeep (i imagine it would look great on your white too).
I just took all those bug guts off with a hose and simple wipe of the hand, no problem. I even took a hard scrub brush to it just to see how well it would hold up - no issues.

Did mine with raptor liner in silver to match Jeep. Was doing tob of tub in rear and door sills anyway. Duplicolor bedliner on the grill inserts made from gutter guard...

I've done numerous parts on my Cherokees and Wranglers with bedliner.
I even did my 96 XJ all over with black and tan coloured bedliner. My first Project Black and Tan...lol
You have some good advice in this thread...prep work is the key to success.
If I can add my two cents, go easy with the coats. Different bedliner brands cure differently but one thing I have noticed is that if you go too heavy on the coats and you don't let every coat cure enough between application, the last coat will dry but the first coat(s) will still be ''wet''.
Take your time and allow every coat to dry.
And shake your can vigorously for a few minutes before starting and every 2 minutes or so during application.
Have fun.
